Gather is designed around the three things we need to reset - Rest, Play and Connection. Each day there is space to do nothing if that's what you choose. There is space to play, create, and laugh with Black women you'll form community with. Gather locations are close to nature, and selected for their historic Black history. When we Gather we are intentionally supported by local Black businesses.

Meet Natalie Lumpkin, the founder and creator of Gather. After spending almost 2 decades in Marketing for Apple, Natalie transitioned to coaching Black Women through life and career transitions.
Gather was born from her own desire to bring Black women together in safe spaces for organic connections, lots of laughter and play, and intentional time to disconnect and rest.
